Not getting COTM email?
Everyone who completed the PREP should have received an email today with a link to the answers. If you did not get your message, here are some things to check:
- Have you changed your email address since you filled out your renewal form in June? If you didn"t let us know, we are not using your correct email address. Contact the Registration Coordinator to inform her of the change (email@example.com)
- Have you checked your junk mail lately? COTM uses a bulk emailer. Some email providers filter out mail sent to a lot of people. If you find COTM email in your Junk or Spam folder, contact your provider to find out how you can “Whitelist” COTM so your email comes directly to your inbox.
- Call us. We are depending more and more on email and want to make sure you do not miss out on important COTM communications.
